HOANG GIA-SCCT LAW CONSULTING & AUDITING CO LTD (included SAI GON HOANG GIA LAW CO LTD) as one of the first professional companies providing accounting services and legal advisory in Vietnam. We have been developing for over 32 years with our network of a Representative Office in Ha Noi, Hoang Gia Law Consulting & Auditing Co in Australia.

In 2007 We set up HOANG GIA LAW CONSULTING & AUDITING CO in Australia to expand our services, including BAS service, Bookkeeping service, Professional Translation and Vietnamese legal consultancy and being an authorized representative to individuals or businesses in term of any legal services in Vietnam

Our People:

Our highly qualified team has the expertise and experience to offer a full range of accounting, auditing and business advisory services. We are including VN Lawyer, VACPA, Public Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, BAS Agents, VN Tax Agent and NAATI Professional Translator registered in Viet Nam and Australia. We are well educated and obtained Master in Vietnam, Australia, Canada; Members of VN Bar Federation, VN Association of Certified Public Accountants, The Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), The Tax Institute (CTA), BAS Agent, National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) and the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific (LAWASIA).

Director Board:

Mr. Pham The Vinh, Founder –VN Lawyer- VACPA-CTA-BAS Agent-VN Tax Agent, with over 35 years professional experiences in legal consulting and auditing, Vinh Pham has been delivering advisory to hundreds domestic and foreign investment projects, thousands of legal consulting cases and providing auditing services and consulting in accounting – taxation – finance.

Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Ngoc – Australia Master of Accounting-Public Accountant (MIPA)-BAS Agent- NAATI-VACPA-VN Tax Agent. She joined Hoang Gia in 1993 as Vice Director with over 31 years’ experience in providing auditing, accounting and translation services both in Vietnam and Australia.
